STANDARD CALL OUTS

Our standard call out for in house repairs to TV's , satellite systems, aerial signal issues is currently £60 (£50 + VAT). This covers any work done up to 45 mins after arrival at the property. Extra time is charged extra. Call outs do not include any products, leads, connectors etc and these will be charged as required. Should we need to take a product into the workshop we operate a diffrent procedure.Please discuss the options with the engineer. 

PLEASE NOTE WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS MADE BY CUSTOMERS CALLING US OUT. IF YOU HAVE CALLED US OUT, HOWEVER SMALL THE ISSUE WE WILL NEED TO CHARGE FOR THE CALL OUT AT THE RATES ABOVE.

SMART HOME SET UPS

Our standard tariff for smart home set ups is £99 (incl VAT). This covers up to £1 hour in the home.extra time will be charged appropriately.  We will set up products including tablets, cameras, doorbells, light bulbs etc and explain how to use the system. Customers must ensure wi-fi is installed at the property and working prior to engineers arrival. customers must have access to all necessary passwords and log in details for their system as needed

ELECTRICAL HARDWARE INSTALLS

If electrical work needs to be undertaken a one off charge of £75 (incl VAT) will be charged for up to 4 outlets to ensure all work is carried out by a a fully Part P qualified electrician. Sockets will be installed prior to set ups of other smart home system. If more than 4 outlets are to be installed  further charges will apply.
